Physical Therapy Visit
A physical therapy clinic follow-up visit is a follow-up visit with a physical therapist. Physical therapists promote, maintain, and restore health through physical examination, diagnosis, management, patient education, physical intervention, and rehabilitation. Basic therapy, including special exercises, is completed during this subsequent visit to an initial evaluation. The physical therapist also assesses improvement of one's condition, including level of strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination, during the follow-up visit.
