Tetanus Vaccine

Tetanus and diphtheria vaccine (TD) is a vaccination used to prevent conditions that may result from bacterial infections, called tetanus and diphtheria. This vaccination is injected into the skin and is given to adolescents and adults every 10 years or after potential exposure to the bacteria. The vaccine can only be added to an office visit and cannot be performed on its own.
