<p>A hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a small camera, called a hysteroscope, to examine the inside of the uterus to diagnose or treat problems. Your doctor will determine if an ablation or other surgical procedure is needed and will decide if the procedure can be done in office or at a surgery center.</p>

<p>Office Visit or Consult with Physician may be required to determine the need for surgery.</p>

Your doctor may determine the need for medical clearance which may include diagnostic testing prior to surgery. In this case, you may receive a separate charges for pre-op clearance.
