Labs and Blood Testing

The Annual Check‐Up is the perfect panel for evaluating your overall health.&nbsp;The panel consists of 5 tests that are typically ordered by a physician during an annual physical examination. Most important, this is a good panel to establish your “baseline.”&nbsp;&nbsp;Your baseline consists of all the numeric test results (levels) including your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, electrolytes, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and thyroid function values. By knowing these levels, you can begin to manage your own health to see if they fluctuate over time.

Includes any at-home medical equipment that patient needs to aid in diagnosis and/or treatment & care.

Equipment & Supplies

Phlebotomist

Cortisol (4 samples throughout the day), estrogen, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA

Includes physician, doctor, or provider's time to complete a visit or procedure that includes evaluation and management of your care.

Doctor

Includes supplies, equipment, devices needed during treatment, and service being rendered. 

Facility, Equipment & Supplies

Service provided by physician who is interpreting the results of a test in order to make a diagnosis.

Reading & Interpretation

For those who feel they have thyroid issues, but conventional blood labs report “normal” findings.
