Briana Allen, LAPC

My name is Briana (Bri) Allen and I was born in Bronx, NY and grew up in Lancaster PA. My family and I are from Guatemala and I am proud to say I am bilingual, and speak fluent Spanish. Most of my professional background is in sports, education, and mental health related fields being that my undergraduate degree was in Clinical Sport Psychology with Minors in Education and Sport Management. I also graduated from PennWest California with a Masters in Counseling, specifically with concentrations in School and Clinical Mental Health. In addition to this, I am also the Co-Founder for a middle and high school girls rugby program in PA, that was founded in 2023. I’ve quickly learned that my passions are to empower communities and individuals, and with that, I am extremely grateful to bridge the gap between employers and counseling through this amazing position!

I believe that everyone has an untapped power to be an agent for change in their own lives. My job is essentially to help find that untapped power, and to help use that to mitigate long term change in the journeys of all of my clients.
