Dr. James Sigler is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Sports Medicine with an extensive background in interventional pain management.
His approach to treatment is comprehensive, utilizing techniques such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulators to address a wide range of conditions, including joint pain, nerve pain, migraines, and chronic pain syndromes.
With this advanced training and a patient-focused philosophy, Dr. Sigler is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes pain relief and enhances quality of life for patients. After obtaining his medical degree from University of Kansas, School of Medicine, he completed a PM&R residency through the Kansas University Medical Center. To deepen his expertise, Dr. Sigler pursued a fellowship in Sports and Spine Medicine at Northwestern University’s Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
