Jerylyn uses a warm strength-based approach combining a variety of modalities customized to fit the needs of the person.  She has years of experience working with substance use disorders and other addictions, as well as trauma, which led her to becoming trained in EMDR to allow for treatment of the root struggles people may experience.  Jerylyn views the work she does with people and the connections she forms as a privilege.  Asking for help is very difficult and she sees it as a strength.
