Patricia Orji, LPCA

I’m a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor Associate from Houston, Texas. I’m a dog mom, traveler, and avid reader. As former educator for 12 years and school counselor, I have supported the educational, emotional, and mental health of students, parents, and staff. I am a proud graduate of the University of Houston (B.A., 2009) and University of Houston-Victoria (M.Ed., 2016) in Counseling.

I believe therapy is for everyone, whether you’re navigating day-to-day struggles or major life transitions. If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, weighed down by the past, or uncertain about the future, you don’t have to face it alone, ou can find support in me. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I work with individuals who may feel anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, as well as those seeking growth, healing, and balance. My areas of focus include coping skills, life transitions, women’s issues, family conflict, trauma, peer relationships, and depression. I use evidence-based approaches, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. Sessions focus on tackling challenges, reflecting honestly, and moving forward with confidence and clarity.
