I am a pre-licensed clinician practicing in Georgia with three years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and come from a large family where communication, resilience, and self-advocacy were essential values. These early experiences strongly influence my approach to therapy and my belief in the importance of empowering clients to find and use their voice. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. I practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective and aim to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe and supported. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy to help clients build practical coping strategies and emotional regulation skills. In addition to my clinical work, I am currently a PhD student majoring in Social Work Policy, Planning, and Administration. This academic training enhances my clinical perspective by deepening my understanding of systemic barriers, social determinants of health, and the broader contexts that impact individual well-being. I view therapy as a partnership and strive to support clients in developing insight, self-compassion, and resilience while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.
