I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma informed, relational, and strengths-based, with a strong focus on understanding patterns, attachment, and emotional needs. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and intentional change. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in their relationships and in themselves
