An occupational therapy follow-up visit is a post-initial-evaluation with an occupational therapist. A care plan is determined during the initial evaluation that is put into action during subsequent follow-up visit(s). Occupational therapy is a form of therapy for those recuperating from physical or mental illness that encourages rehabilitation through the performance of activities required in daily life. A follow-up visit is needed if you have completed the initial evaluation, otherwise please purchase an "initial evaluation".
